Our mission is to inspire, educate and empower women to nourish, nurture and heal their body, mind and spirit with delicious wholefoods and mindful movement.

About Elisa
Hi there! I’m Elisa Franklin.
I’m a holistic nutritionist, yoga instructor and boss lady here at Wholesome Wellness.
My journey started during my own search for optimal health and healing, when I had my own health battles with adrenal fatigue, hormone imbalance, anxiety and chronic stress. With a passion for natural alternatives, I did my own research and experimented with what worked for my body in order to heal and restore itself. In 2014 I started studying Nutritional Medicine at Endeavour College of Natural Health in Adelaide and in 2015, studied to become a yoga instructor.
Since then, food has become my medicine, and yoga, my therapy.
I cannot speak highly enough about how these holistic therapies have been so beneficial in not only my life, but also in the lives of my loved ones and clients. This is why it is my mission in life to share these modalities with the world – to inspire and educate women to get in tune with their bodies (once again, or maybe for the first time in their lives!) and make the commitment to themselves to heal and restore their bodies back into balance. Whatever that may look like.
When I’m not with clients in clinic or on the mat teaching yoga, you can find me delving into my own yoga practice, lost in a book (normally about health and yoga), drinking a giant mug of herbal tea, on a walk somewhere or on the beach, because that is my happy place.
