Depending on your health concerns or stage in life that you would like to focus on, each session will be tailored for your individual needs.

Private Fertility Yoga
Private Fertility Yoga sessions involve tailored yoga poses specific to supporting the reproductive system and improving fertility. As well as yoga poses during each session we will work on relaxation and breathing techniques that will calm the mind and nervous system. During these sessions, you will learn how to practice yoga in a way that enhances your fertility health that is safe and nourishing for you.

Private Prenatal Yoga
Private Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to support your health and wellbeing throughout the duration of your pregnancy, and all in the comfort of your own home. Not to mention taking time out for you and your baby to connect and for you to nurture yourself is incredibly important.
During your prenatal yoga sessions, you will learn yoga poses suitable for your stage in pregnancy and energy levels, as well as, breathing techniques and meditations for calming the mind and body in preparation for childbirth.
The poses used in prenatal yoga are designed to strengthen the body in preparation for birth, as well as, helping to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts such as lower back pain, headaches, shortness of breath, swelling in ankles, and fatigue.
Modifications for pregnancy will be given, such as the use of bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets to allow you to fully enjoy the poses whilst making them accessible. Props will be provided at each session, unless you wish to use your own.
Prenatal yoga is recommended from 12-14 weeks onwards.
