All services are currently held online using the video meeting platform, Zoom.
Online consultations are only available to clients within Australia.

4. Select a date and time for your appointment.
5. Fill in your details.
6. Pay for your appointment. Your payment secures your booking.
7. Appointment details will be sent to you in a booking confirmation email.

I deeply value your time and the time of other clients. For this reason, I follow a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. This is to ensure that I can deliver quality health care in a timely manner and provide clients who are in need of my services with available appointments. Any consultations that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in 50% of the total consultation fee. Since payment for the consultation is taken at the time of booking, the remaining 50% will be refunded to you. Failure to attend a consultation will result in booking forfeit and 100% of the fee.
Rescheduling appointments requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling appointments within 24 hours of the consultation will be based on our discretion, and may incur 50% of the fee. Failure to attend will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the fee.
If for any reason your practitioner needs to cancel/reschedule an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund.
